Scattering cremated remains has been a well thought-out decision made by thousands of people in the past few years. Families are looking at an economical, “green” disposition (scattering) for their loved ones. San Diego's beauty, charm, its long history and relationship with the military are some of the many reasons families have chosen this area for final disposition.

Economical Scattering
Option 1  We do not allow families or friends (a need for liability insurance) to be aboard our boat when scattering, we are therefore able to keep our costs reasonable.  We go out at our discretion, once or twice a month, weather permitting.  

Option 2  A larger boat is available for family and friends wanting to be present at the scattering service at sea.

State Requirements
We scatter in the Pacific Ocean, at least 1/2 mile from shore. We are within the view of the historical Del Coronado Hotel on Coronado Island and the entrance to San Diego Bay, called Pt. Loma. Pt. Loma is the home of Cabrillo National Monument (Light House), as well as the very beautiful Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
